Try time management when you sleep

Basic use case

I introduced use cases which theme is improvement of skill by directly. But in this article, I will introduce the way of use “Wazamae Library” for supporting skill improvement.

Lack of sleep will cause a decline of your performance. Healthline says, “Lack of sleep interferes with your ability to concentrate and learn new things. It can negatively impact both short-term and long-term memory.” That is the bad effect to study, practice and training.

So I recommend to measure the time of sleeping by using “Wazamae Library”. Start measurement when you sleep, and stop it when you get up. Of course, once start measurement, it is continued when your device is in sleep mode and not to prevent your sleeping.

By recording sleep time, you can check the daily time of sleep on the statistics screen. On this screen, there are average data and they give you feedback.


Ideally, you should not use your device before you sleep. Generally, it is said that the blue light emitted by smartphones causes insomnia.

Live Science says, “exposure to blue light suppresses the production of melatonin more than any other type of light.” Melatonin is a hormone that helps you falling asleep, so suppressing this prevents it.

I recommend to use your device in this case in another room before you go to the bedroom.
